Administration
A powerful set of management tools give event administrators complete control over the event and ensure maximum audience participation and information delivery. WIP administration provides a wide choice of event management capabilities such as user monitoring, detailed audience and event statistics, feedback administration and moderation.

Presentation Wizard - A 4-step presentation creation wizard guides the user through setting up a new presentation or modifying an existing one.

Skins – A skin is a colour scheme that can be adjusted, for example, to meet corporate style sheet guidelines. GoodMood WIP contains a library for storing and modifying skins.

Layout - The layout is the starting point of the presentation user view. It defines the size, properties and position of the tools. It is also possible to have multiple layouts in a single presentation depending on the user’s authentication.

Media Library – The Media Library contains files and links to be used for presentation content, such as in the media, video and attachment tool. Files can be in any format and conversion into vector graphics is supported for jpg, png and pdf file formats. Others can be shown in original format (html, Flash etc) or they can be saved as one of the supported formats.

Media Converter - MediaConverter is a stand alone converter application that creates WIP compatible vector graphic files (.swf) directly from PowerPoint. MediaConverter simplifies significantly the process of adding content to the media tool, since it enables the conversion from any PowerPoint presentation to Flash without the need for a separate application for PDF creation.

Statistics - Detailed statistics are gathered on every presentation for later viewing. Administrators are also able to view total summary level statistics based on selected dates. Statistics can be exported, for example, to MS Word or MS Excel format.
