The core of GoodMood’s software support infrastructure is a web based self-service application which enables easy access to the GoodMood Support Center Extranet at any time. It provides our customers with secure online access to our global support resources and all related information. To gain access to the Extranet the customer needs to have a valid maintenance contract with GoodMood.
Users can report on, track and manage issues around the clock. At the same time your own support team and super-users can enhance their learning by accessing the cumulative knowledge provided by the solutions in the knowledge database.
