Training

The objective of GoodMood’s training team is to help you maximise the full potential of GoodMood software.  Our primary goal is to make our knowledge and expertise available to all of our partners and customers, across the whole gamut of business activities.  We strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction through our continuous innovation and by providing you with access to our highly motivated and competent personnel.

Training Tracks

Training courses are available in role-specific tracks: Administrators, System Administrators and Developers. Customers can select and mix the tracks according to the specific job functions of the participants.  With role-based tracks participants are quickly and easily guided to the courses most suitable for their area of expertise and interest, and to maximise business benefit to your organisation.  Additionally, two general courses are offered.

 

	WIP [Webcasting Information Platform]  Administrator (to create and control GoodMood WIP presentations) Station Administrator (to create and control online video libraries and rich media sites)
	WIP System Administrator (to install, manage and monitor WIP servers and services) MPF [Media Publishing Framework] System Administrator (to install, manage and monitor MPF server and services)
	MPF Developer (to develop new modules to the GoodMood MPF platform)
	Webcasting training (to manage WIP webcasting application, encoding and hardware) Customised training (tailored according to customer needs)
